Mary Jo Case Brown, President and CEO of Alliance Resources, offers over thirty years of expertise in human resource and management consulting. In addition to broad and deep generalist experience, she has developed a wide range of specialty skillsets, including developing strong client partnerships, managing strategic projects, and best practice solutions to strengthen client business, people, and culture requirements.
Throughout her career, Mary Jo has maintained a commitment to learning and expanding her ability to assist organizations with their human resource needs. She has developed processes and tools to identify risks and recommend Kaizen countermeasures for workplace environments and to advance positive employee relations. She has collaborated with executive boards, committees, leadership, and staff to manage change and align with business objectives and overall organizational goals and strategies. She has led and managed projects and employer-based teams.
Mary Jo has also worked to identify and investigate best practices within an array of industries and organization types. She has been able to design and evaluate police and practice effectiveness and generate innovative ideas to leverage best practice and align culture with vision.
