Resources, Inc. provides innovative human resource management
services. We work in partnership with organizations to develop
personalized human resources solutions in the areas of employment,
performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations,
compliance, training and development, and other complimentary
services. We partner with your Human Resources staff or help equip
your team to manage the HR function. Alliance Resources is proud
to be a member of the Kalamazoo Chamber of Commerce.

Founder
Mary
Jo Case, SPHR
President and CEO
Ms. Case,
President and CEO of Alliance Resources obtained a Bachelor's
degree in Human Resource Management from Spring Arbor University.
She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
With over
25 years of human resources and management experience, she has
worked for private and public sector organizations, and in union
and non-union settings.
She is a member
of the Society for Human Resource Management, World at Works,
the Industrial Relations Industrial Association, the Kalamazoo
County Chamber of Commerce, and the Kalamazoo Human Resource Management
Association. She has served as president of Kalamazoo Human Resources
Management Association and the Kalamazoo Management Association,
as well as past chair for the Michigan Council Society for Human
Resource Management Association's State Conference in 1997 and
2002. She is also an Independent Consultants Association Founding
Member.
She
is serves on the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM)
Consultant and HR Outsourcing panel, the Kalamazoo County Juvenile
Home Foundation Board and active in boy scouts.
Ms.
Case is a 2004 graduate of Kalamazoo Chambers' Leadership Kalamazoo.
